I am a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Verso Recruitment Group, a specialist recruitment business focused on the engineering and technology sectors. Verso partners with innovative companies across the UK, supporting the growth of high-performing teams within electronics, software, embedded systems, and advanced engineering environments.

In my role, I specialise in identifying and engaging highly skilled professionals within the engineering and technology space. I work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the right technical fit, as well as long-term cultural alignment.

As a 360 consultant, I manage the full recruitment lifecycle, allowing me to build strong, lasting relationships with my clients and gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs. This insight enables me to deliver high-quality candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also integrate seamlessly into their teams. I am equally passionate about supporting candidates, taking the time to understand their goals, motivations, and aspirations so I can help them secure their ideal role.
