I currently run my own recruitment business, focused on delivering a high-quality, personal service to both clients and candidates.

Over the course of my career, I've worked on a wide range of recruitment campaigns and assignments, partnering with market-leading multinational organisations as well as smaller businesses and ambitious start-ups.

I've always believed that successful recruitment comes from understanding the technical requirements, the people and the business behind every assignment, and building long-term relationships rather than simply filling vacancies.
